Savannah Quartersâ Realty is proud to announce that Joe McNamara has joined its team as Sales Manager.  A United States Marine Corps Veteran, McNamara has a proven success record as a sales executive for master-planned developments that includes sales and marketing, project development and operational leadership.

“We are truly fortunate to have Joe lead our sales team,” Gerrit Albert, Division President – Coastal South of LStar Ventures, said in making the announcement.  “Our growing team of talented and experienced sales executives will benefit from Joe’s strong leadership skills, commitment to excellence and making a positive impact, as well as his depth of experience in sales and marketing and project development. He comes at just the right time as we have unveiled a new masterplan marketing program that more than doubled our lead, tour and sales traffic for January this year and we anticipate more success throughout 2017,” Albert noted.

McNamara holds real estate licenses in South Carolina and Georgia and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, where he was a member of the school’s Corps of Cadets.  Following graduation, McNamara served more than seven years in the USMC as an Infantry Officer.

During his military service, McNamara led and commanded teams of various sizes in the U.S. and internationally on multiple combat deployments, where he was ultimately responsible for the leadership development, operational and strategic planning, training, and welfare for his teams. 

After the service, he transitioned to serving others as a sales executive for master-planned developments.
