Savannah based Seacrest Partners, Inc. and Atlanta based Sterling Risk Advisors, Inc. recently merged their operations on July 1 to form Sterling Seacrest Partners, Inc. The company is now the largest privately held, independent insurance brokerage in the state of Georgia.

Sterling Seacrest Partners has announced their leadership team and board members which includes Chairman Doug Rieder, President David Paddison, and Chief Executive Officer John Miller.

Board members include Steve Eagle, Garry Hill, Susannah Kinsey, Garret Lazenby, Bartley Miller, Matt Miller, and Cindy Robinett.

“We are thrilled that we have finalized our merger to form Sterling Seacrest Partners. This is an exciting time for our combined company and the responses we are getting from the market place have been very encouraging,” said Paddison. “Our teams are working very well together as we integrate our operations and we are finding even more synergy within the organizations than we hoped for.”

The newly merged firm will employ over 160 insurance agents and service team members with six offices in Atlanta, Savannah, Hilton Head, Columbus and Little Rock.
