Coastal Consulting Management Group recently announced the hire of two new employees, Lisa Denton and Ela Gavrilas.

As a senior accountant, Lisa Denton will oversee accounting management for the firm’s small business group. She has over 17 years of experience in accounting and software, with an emphasis in the construction industry. Denton received a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Berry College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is an active member of Compassion Christian Church (Effingham Campus) and enjoys volunteering in their Blitz middle school ministry.

Ela Gavrilas was recently hired as a senior financial analyst. Gavrilas will work in CCMG’s business valuation and M&A departments. She has over 17 years of experience in the local financial and banking industry, and has extensive knowledge and experience regarding business evaluations and business analysis for litigations, mergers and acquisitions, business consulting and bookkeeping services. Gavrilas graduated from the Romanian-American University with a degree in Management-Marketing and received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia College. Gavrilas is a founding member of the Savannah En Pointe Dance Festival organized by the Garrison School for the Arts, and also serves as the Dance Department’s treasurer and PTA Reflections Coordinator. She is an organizing member of the Wilmington Island Networking Group, which connects small business owners within their local community.
