Colliers International –Savannah, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of two professionals to its office in downtown Savannah.

Sebastian Findlay joined the company as a Sales Associate and has over 7 years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience. He recently relocated to Savannah from New York City where he worked for 4 years in the commercial brokerage division of MHP Real Estate Services and won the Rising Star Award in 2013. A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, Sebastian graduated with honors from the University of Manchester – U.K. and completed his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management & Development at Heriot Watt University – U.K. He began his career with CKD Galbraith in Edinburgh and has a wide range of experience including retail, industrial and office leasing as well as investment sales. “We’re pleased to have Sebastian on board and excited about what the future holds. He has some great experience having worked in New York with a well-respected firm on a variety of commercial real estate transactions,” stated David Sink, SIOR, a partner with Colliers International - Savannah. The addition brings the number of brokers in the firm to 9, 6 of which hold the SIOR designation which is a professional designation for highly qualified commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage.

Tonya Varney also recently joined the company as Property Manager. Tonya assists the property management team with the management of commercial properties including office buildings, retail shopping centers and industrial warehouses. Her duties include vendor/tenant relations, handling requests for proposals, property inspections, project management, and handling regular building maintenance. She was previously with NorSouth, a multi-family and mixed-use development company, where she worked in a variety of roles including project management.  Tonya attended Georgia Tech University and is a native of Liberty County, GA.  “Tonya is a great addition to our property management team. We have been fortunate to have expanded our management portfolio to over 2.1 million square feet and now have the capacity to take on more,” said Cliff Dales, SIOR, a partner with Colliers International.
