Judge Realty Announces Two New Promotions and a New Hire

Judge Realty has announced that Debbie Dennis will assume responsibility as Broker-in-Charge for the firm, Sebastian Edwards has been promoted to Director of Property Maintenance and Ken Kicklighter has joined the firm as a Realtor Sales Associate.

Debbie previously owned and managed a real-estate company in Martha’s Vineyard and is duly-licensed in both Massechusettes and Georgia. Debbie has an extensive background in real estate, hotel and retail property and business management. A Savannah resident since 2010, Debbie is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Savannah Downtown Business Association, the Telfair Museums, and the Savannah Quarters Country Club.  With a B.S. degree in Communications concentrating in Journalism and Advertising, Debbie has a proven track record to be a great asset in multiple business endeavors.

Ken Kicklighter, a two-decade-long real estate professional has joined the firm as the newest Realtor Sales Associate. Ken has a BBA degree from the University of Georgia with majors in both Real Estate and Location Analysis and has worked previously in property management, green building and construction material sales in Jackson, Wyoming; Atlanta, Georgia; and Charleston, South Carolina.

Sebastian Edwards, a long-time Judge Realty employee, has been promoted to Director of Property Maintenance and will oversee more than 200 residential properties and commercial accounts currently under property management with the firm.
