Before joining Parker’s, Richardson served as the Vice President of Real Estate for Bucky’s Convenience Stores in Houston, Tex., where he identified locations for new convenience stores, established a long-term market strategy, negotiated contracts for 22 new stores and collaborated with government agencies for required permits.
