Cora Bett Thomas Realty & Associates recently awarded Traci Wells its top Georgia transactional sales agent and most valuable player for 2017. Wells was honored at the company’s annual broker’s breakfast held at Palmetto Bluff in early January 2018.
 
Wells represents clients as a certified residential specialist, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers, buying and selling real estate in Springfield, Pembroke, Richmond Hill, Savannah, West Chatham, Pooler and neighboring locations. She has been recognized by the Savannah Area Realtors with the Distinguished Sales Society Award throughout her real estate career.  

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Savannah Board of Realtors also serving on Georgia Initiative for Community Housing teams for the cities of Pembroke and Rincon.

Wells and her husband, Andy, are homeowners in Effingham County and are lifelong residents of the greater Savannah area.
