PruittHealth – Savannah has proven its commitment to an ongoing and concentrated focus on patient-centered quality service delivery. This unrelenting dedication allowed for them to be recently deemed a 5-star overall skilled nursing center from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The CMS is the national government-run agency that regulates all Medicare and Medicaid programs. The CMS gives all skilled nursing facilities a rating based on a number of different criteria. The components reflective of the overall star rating are as follows: state survey results, quality measures, and nursing staff.

The 5-star rating ranks the skilled nursing facility among the highest in the health care industry. PruittHealth – Savannah provides outstanding care of patients and was also named an AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award – Bronze Level Winner.

"It is truly an honor to work among some of the best and most dedicated health care professionals in this industry, and I am excited that our current star rating helps reflect that," said Administrator of PruittHealth – Savannah, Rhonda Casey. "PruittHealth remains committed to providing quality care for our patients and striving to continually improve our performance."
