Howard Family Dental is pleased to announce that Dr. Emily Husted has joined the group at the Midtown Savannah location, where she will serve patients alongside Dr. Julie Howard. Dr. Husted attended Columbus State University, and later went on to graduate with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Augusta University Dental College of Georgia.
 
With the addition of Dr. Husted to the team, Howard Family Dental Midtown will extend hours and offer appointments on select Saturdays each month. Dr. Husted will care for patients Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1- 6:45 p.m.; Thursdays from 7 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.; Fridays from 7 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.; and select Saturdays from 7 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Dr. Howard will continue to care for patients every Monday through Wednesday from 7 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Dr. Husted specializes in both general and cosmetic dentistry, including extractions, crowns, fillings, root canals and more. Outside of the office, Dr. Husted enjoys running with her dog, doing DIY projects, biking, water sports and spending time with her family and friends.
 
The Midtown Savannah location has served the Savannah community for over 40 years and was originally established by Dr. John C. Howard, Jr., Dr. Julie Howard’s father.
