Barry Turner, Vice President for College Advancement at Ogeechee Technical College, recently announced the opening of more than fifty scholarships through the Ogeechee Technical College Foundation. The deadline to apply is July 9, 2018. Scholarship funds are generated through the Foundation’s annual iGot (I Give to Ogeechee Tech) campaign which occurs every March, and through endowments from various individuals and organizations. While some scholarships are designated by a particular donor for a specific program, others are open to students in any program of study. “We encourage students to take advantage of the support that the scholarships provide. We also thank those who contribute to the Foundation who make the scholarships available,” said Turner.
