Heather Lundy Joins Bouhan Falligant as Partner

Bouhan Falligant LLP is pleased to announce Heather Lundy has joined the firm as a new partner.  Lundy’s practice will focus on residential and commercial real estate transactional work.
 
Prior to joining Bouhan Falligant, Lundy worked as a partner at HunterMaclean in Savannah. She has represented clients in all stages of litigation and has represented taxpayers in Chatham, Glynn, Liberty and Bryan Counties in ad valorem property tax appeals.   
 
Lundy earned her law degree from Georgia State University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia. She is past president of the Savannah Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, member and past president for the Savannah Chapter of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, secretary of the Susan G. Komen Coastal Georgia Affliate Board of Directors, and an executive committee member of the Savannah Bar Association.  A graduate of Leadership Savannah, Lundy was recognized by Business in Savannah as a GenerationNEXT in 2017 and was named by Georgia Super Lawyers as a Rising Star this year.
