Local Business Leaders to Moderate a Panel About Developing a Succession Plan for Today’s Workforce September 27th

Key Savannah business leaders are gathering to talk company culture, leaders of the future, and what it takes to adapt to this future wave of leaders at the next Georgia Tech Savannah Professional Educations “Leaders and Learners” Breakfast on Thursday, September 27, 2018.

Panelists will include Al Kennickell, president of The Kennickell Group; Karin Condame, human resource director at The Landing Association; and Jim Collins of Thomas & Hutton and will be moderated by Suzanne Kirk, president of Employee Development Strategies, Inc.  

Participants will learn how to prioritize human-capital and workforce planning, how to maintain continuity of ongoing processes, how to assess your current corporate culture, and how to prepare for new leadership.
 
The panel discussion, which will include remarks followed by an interactive discussion, will take place on the Georgia Tech-Savannah campus at 210 Technology Circle. Breakfast and networking will begin at 7:30 a.m.; the program will run 8-9:30 a.m. Cost, including breakfast, is $15.
 
Georgia Tech-Savannah’s Learners and Leaders series is an effort launched in 2014 to help companies in the coastal region stay current. To date, members of the coastal community have heard speakers on topics of relevance to the business community, including mobile apps, coaching and mentoring, leadership and logistics.
