EMC Engineering Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of J. Mark Keaton, P.L.S. as Savannah Branch Survey Manager. EMC Engineering Services, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm headquartered in Savannah, Georgia with production offices located in Albany, Atlanta, Augusta, Brunswick, Columbus, Statesboro, Thomaston, Valdosta and Warner Robins. EMC offers a wide range of environmental, civil, marine, survey and construction management services to municipalities, governmental agencies, industries, commercial investors and developers throughout the United States.
 
Keaton previously worked for EMC from 1991 until 1993 as a Survey Party Chief. He owned and managed his own firm, Chatham Surveying Services, Inc., for 17 years. Keaton is registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Georgia and has attended Georgia Southern College, Savannah State College and Armstrong State College, along with numerous technical seminars on land surveying practices. Keaton is also a member of the Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia, the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. We are confident that Keaton will make a strong addition to the EMC team.
