Pooler Welcomes Vitali Medspa, Celebrates Ribbon Cutting with Pooler Mayor & Chamber of Commerce

Vitali Medspa, Pooler’s first and only medspa, celebrated its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration on Tuesday, October 2, at its new location at 130 Canal Street #403 in Pooler. City of Pooler Mayor Mike Lamb, Pooler Chamber of Commerce representatives and members of the local business community came together to mark this momentous occasion.

Led by industry professional Kelly Kessinger, Vitali offers comprehensive wellness and beauty restoration treatments for a natural and lasting transformation. These include: laser hair removal, injectables, facials, massage therapies, skincare, microneedling, platelet rich plasma therapy, vaginal and skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, waxing, dermaplaning, nose remodeling, and vascular treatments.

“We are so excited to bring luxury medspa services to the Pooler market,” Kessinger said. “Our clients are women and men of all ages and appreciate having a local, experienced spa to advance their aesthetic goals through natural-looking results.”

Kessinger is the most experienced aesthetic laser provider in the Lowcountry and brings more than 10 years of expertise to Vitali. In 2017, she was named the “most loved injector” from realself.com and was invited to become an official trainer with Allergan, a global pharmaceutical company.

Originally from Princeton, West Virginia, Kessinger is now a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurses Council of Coastal Georgia, and Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honors society. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University.
