Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Savannah is pleased to announce that they have launched a new operating software that delivers integrated premium financing to the customer on site.

This new service is a mobile, cloud-based software platform that allows Roto-Rooter to streamline operations and improve customer service by offering a finance plan for major and minor plumbing needs.

When making service calls, Roto-Rooter plumbers are now able to show financing options and allow homeowners to submit an application through their mobile app.

“This is a game changer for us and our customers,” said Roto-Rooter owner Sherry Daniel. “We are able to provide our first-class service and rather than ask someone to pay the bill up front, we can offer a monthly finance plan that meets the customer’s needs.”

This new service also allows Roto-Rooter of Savannah to cross-train its employees to become customer service experts as well as skilled plumbers.
