Oliver Maner Welcomes Stuart Sumner as Associate

Oliver Maner LLP, an award-winning law firm since 1897, is pleased to announce that Stuart Fallin Sumner is joining the firm as an associate in its civil litigation section.
Prior to joining Oliver Maner, Sumner worked at the firm as a summer associate, worked a summer clerkship for former Chief Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court, P. Harris Hines, and served as a summer clerk and judicial extern for the Honorable Timothy C. Batten, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He also interned with U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss and Rep. Lynn Westmoreland.
Sumner, an Eagle Scout, earned a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia, and a J.D. from the University of Georgia, where he also served on the editorial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property, as class president for the Student Bar Association, and received the Law School Association Merit Scholarship. He is a registered mediator in the state of Georgia.
