Kelly Gubenko joined Omega in October 2018. She is a native of Savannah and graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University with a degree in Fine Art. She was the marketing manager for a medical device company for fifteen years. Fascinated by all facets of space planning, design and construction, she sees her new career at Omega as a natural transition where she can use her organizational skills and marketing expertise to support the company’s growth.

Kelly is the direct assistant to the Georgia Division Manager, Todd Mayo, and supports the entire Omega Georgia team with contracts, billings, accounting and document control assistance.  In addition, her responsibilities include a primary role in the marketing and business development functions of the Georgia office.

She and her husband, Alex, have three sons and love spending time outdoors as a family.

 Jim Marshall joined Omega in November 2018 as a Project Manager. Jim graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC and has worked extensively in the horizontal and vertical aspects of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Construction and Development for the last 16 years. He has focused for the last 12 years in the luxury residential construction market primarily in the exclusive neighborhoods of Kiawah and Seabrook Island, SC and most recently in Historic Downtown Savannah and The Landings. Jim has developed a keen eye for high end finish detail. Jim is the current Project Manager for the Latitude Margaritaville Amenity Project in Hardeeville, SC. Jim’s responsibilities include pre-construction, estimating, subcontractor solicitation, purchasing, scheduling and contract administration for the projects he manages. Jim is an Inactive Licensed SC Homebuilder, and a Licensed Real Estate agent in SC and GA.

A native of Savannah, Jim is a professional musician in his spare time and enjoys playing golf, watching College of Charleston Basketball and University of Georgia football. Jim resides in Savannah, GA with his wife and three young children.
