Savannah Master Calendar’s nine partner businesses are joining together to support Senior Citizens Inc. with a blanket drive and fundraiser. This month’s SMC Gives charity networking event, the 2019 Tipsy Hot Chocolate Festival, will take place on Tuesday, January 22 from 5:30–7:00 pm at the Grand Lake Club at Southbridge at 815 Southbridge Boulevard in Savannah. Guests will enjoy “tipsy” hot chocolate samples and sweet treats from Savannah’s best chefs and bartenders, and will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite recipes! The event will also feature delicious savory snacks by Skeeter’s Southern BBQ, amazing door prizes, and the best networking in Savannah. Guests are kindly asked to bring a new blanket to donate to Senior Citizens Inc. or to make a suggested $10 cash donation to the nonprofit.
