The Student Affairs Division at Ogeechee Technical College welcomed students back to campus for the start of Spring Semester 2019. Resource materials with information about college and community support as well as OTC give-a-ways, snacks and drinks were provided. “Welcome Week” is held at the beginning of each semester.
