Three Lawyers Named Partner at Oliver Maner

Larry Evans, Ben Lingle, and Bryan Schivera have all been named partner at Oliver Maner LLP, one of Georgia’s highest-rated law firms based in Savannah, Ga., and founded in 1897.

Evans, who practices in Oliver Maner’s litigation section, has extensive experience in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, financial services litigation, and creditor’s rights. He has been selected as a “Rising Star” in the area of commercial litigation in Georgia by the publication Super Lawyers and earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2008.

Lingle, also in the firm’s litigation section, concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful death litigation, and general civil litigation. He has been selected as a “Rising Star” in the area of general litigation (defense) in Georgia, by the publication Super Lawyers. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2011, graduating cum laude, and served as an executive editor of the Florida Law Review.

Schivera focuses on business, tax and estate law. He graduated in 2011 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Schivera was also selected as a “Rising Star” in the area of Closely Held Business in Georgia by the publication Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019.
