Austin Hill Realty recently announced the hiring of sales associate, Andrew Cosey. With a background in construction, Andrew sees real estate from a different perspective, and his goal is to help his clients see the potential of turning a house into a home. In this new role, he will study property listings, aid potential buyers and sellers, and draw up real estate contracts.

Andrew obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, and worked in the construction industry for some time, before obtaining his realtors license in 2015.

Originally from Macon, Georgia, Andrew knew there was always something special about Savannah. From his childhood visits to Savannah, he was always fascinated by the architecture and historic preservation, and he knew one day he would call Savannah home. When the opportunity arose, Andrew jumped at the opportunity to fulfill his childhood dream.

Andrew is now very involved in giving back to the community. He is a member and involved with Historic Trinity Church on Telfair Square, 13th Colony with the Historic Savannah Foundation, United Way of the Coastal Empire, EmployAbility, the Savannah Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

With Andrew’s background in construction, his heart for historic Savannah, and his determination, he will be a great asset to the Austin Hill Realty team.
