The Heather Murphy Real Estate Group of Keller Williams Realty-Coastal Area Partners is pleased to announce Christy Marsengill as one of the company’s most recent hires. Marsengill will serve as the Sales Manager. In this role, she will focus her expertise specifically with clients during the listing and buying processes.

With an extensive real estate background, Marsengill has served as a crucial member to various Brokerage Leadership Boards, a coach to countless agents, and as the Keller Williams Realty Coastal Area Partners’ Compliance Officer. She began her real estate career in 1999 and obtained her Brokers license in 2015. Clients praise her for her astounding ability to go above and beyond in helping them achieve their goals throughout the home buying and selling processes.

Marsengill is also a proud member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and an active member of the Savannah Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Leadership Team.

She currently resides in Savannah, Georgia with her husband Chris, her two daughters, Emily and Kate, and their two dogs, Buffet and Bob. In her free time, you can find her doing her favorite things: cooking, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends.
