Austin Hill Realty recently announced the hiring of sales associate, Jennifer Crumpton. With a wealth of knowledge in new construction and a background in the resale market, Jennifer embodies a strong passion for people.
 
She began her career in real estate as an on-site agent for a local homebuilding company. She knows what it’s like to fall in love with coastal Georgia and understands why people want to relocate to Tybee Island, historic downtown Savannah, or any of Savannah’s outlying counties and communities. In this new role, she will study property listings, accompany clients to property sites, and negotiate real estate contracts on behalf of her clients.
 
Jennifer grew up in the small southern town of Tifton, Georgia. She moved to Savannah in 2012 to attend Armstrong State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and fell completely in love with the Hostess city.
 
Jennifer recognizes how emotional the home building, buying, and selling processes can be; because of that knowledge, she prides herself in making each transaction as seamless as possible for her clients. Her undeniable passion for the real estate profession was recognized in 2018 when Jennifer accepted the “Rookie of the Year” award from the Sales and Marketing Council of Greater Savannah; this award is appointed to a single individual each year for an outstanding first year in the industry. She also holds the CSP Designation (Certified New Home Sales Professional) and the MRP Certification (Military Relocation Professional).
 
When she isn’t working or traveling, Jennifer is spending time with family and friends, running, or practicing Baptiste Yoga. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Sales and Marketing Council, the Distinguished Sales Society, the Young Council of Realtors, the Savannah Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
 
With Jennifer’s strong determination, involvement in the community, and background in real estate, she will be a great asset to the Austin Hill Realty team and truly relate to her clients.
