Shari Wyly was selected as Director of Finance for Live Oak Public Libraries. She is responsible for all activities in the Finance Department, including budgeting, accounting, purchasing, and payroll.

Wyly was most recently the Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of United Way of the Ozarks, headquartered in Springfield, MO. She also worked at the Springfield-Greene County Library District, where she served for 5 years as Director of Business Operations, overseeing the financial management for a 10-branch library district with an annual budget of more than $14M.

Wyly has a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University. She also holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Truman State University and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
