COUNTRY Financial Representative Jerry Bogus is pleased to announce The Wall That Heals as a 2019 recipient of a $1,000 COUNTRY Financial Operation Helping Heroes Donation. Bogus presented the donation to Marine Corps League Detachment 1326 to assist with Bringing in The Wall That Heals from Arlington Virginia. Vietnam Veterans Memorial Replica Wall and Mobile Education Center spreads healing legacy of The Wall and educates about the impact of the Vietnam War
 
The Wall That Heals, a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial along with a mobile Education Center, is coming to Pooler on Oct. 31 to Nov. 3, 2019 at Pooler Recreation Facility and will be open 24 hours a day and free to the public. The Wall That Heals honors the more than three million Americans who served in the U.S. Armed forces in the Vietnam War and it bears the names of the more than 58,000 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam.
 
“COUNTRY Financial is proud to support active duty military and veterans through Operation Helping Heroes donations in the communities we serve,” said Bogus.
 
COUNTRY Financial initiated Operation Helping Heroes in 2015 to support non-profit events and programs that benefit active duty service members, veterans and their families. In 2019, COUNTRY Financial and its financial representatives have already provided more than $400,000 in donations to Veterans and service members.
