The Starland Village, a $40 million lifestyle-driven community located on a two-block stretch along historic Bull Street in Savannah, Georgia’s Starland District is nearing its highly-anticipated groundbreaking this summer.

For nearly two decades, the Starland District has experienced a steady and purposeful transformation covering a 60+ block revitalization in one of Savannah’s oldest neighborhoods. Today, the emerging arts and commercial corridor has garnered widespread attention from The New York Times to a plethora of media networks covering the exciting and major investment in the area.

Created by Foram Group, a third-generation real estate development firm, The Starland Village was thoughtfully designed to meld into the existing fabric of the neighborhood combined with modern, urban design elements. The result is an approachable, community-driven combination of mixed uses including cafes/restaurants, artist studios, historic and repurposed events venue, retail, office, residences, and Savannah’s first automated parking garage.
