Local IT services provider Infinity, Inc. was recently recognized by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) for their participation in the 4th annual Bytes for Bites.
Bytes for Bites is a two-week food and fund drive competition during the month of June which is coordinated by TAG and the Georgia Food Bank Association. The goal of this annual fundraiser is to engage Georgia’s technology community in the fight against hunger through a competition to benefit Georgia’s regional food banks.
Twenty five technology companies from throughout the state raised nearly $45,000 and 3,000 pounds of food for food banks within Georgia. This is Infinity’s second year participating in the fundraiser and they were recognized as the largest contributor for this region of the state.
“We are thrilled that our participation in this event benefits our own local food bank, America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia,” said CEO Chuck Brown. “I am personally so proud of our team and our clients for their commitment towards giving back to our community.”
