McManamy Jackson, PC, a Savannah-based law firm specializing in real estate and corporate law, recently expanded their law firm and operations to better serve and meet the demands of a growing portfolio of clients. To celebrate this special milestone, the firm held an open house and ribbon cutting event on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at their new office located at 415 Eisenhower Dr., Suite 1. McManamy Jackson partners Douglas P. McManamy and Stephen E. Jackson, Jr. were joined by City of Savannah Mayor Eddie DeLoach, Savannah Chamber of Commerce members and leadership team, the local business community, and friends and family to cut the celebratory ribbon.

“We are proud of the city we live and work and excited to reinvest in the Savannah community,” said Douglas P. McManamy, co-owner and partner at McManamy Jackson Law. “Our goal was to create an environment allowing our team to more efficiently serve our real estate and corporate law clients in an area offering both convenience and functionality. Our choice to invest in and relocate just south of Midtown Savannah gives us the perfect opportunity to accomplish those goals.”

McManamy Jackson bought the professional office complex on Eisenhower Dr., a growing business corridor for professional groups in Savannah, and executed an extensive renovation and redevelopment of the property. The firm partnered with Lynch Associates Architects and Philip Kieffer Construction to bring the full scope of the project to completion. The two-story building was consolidated from multi-tenant suites to a primary single-user suite with four additional co-tenants remaining including Glow Med Spa, Farmers Insurance, Train Me 24/7 Personal Training, and one suite still available for occupancy.

Project highlights include a new brick facade, energy-efficient windows and exterior entrance/exits, and attractive hardscaping and landscaping. The interiors were designed by Provenance Interiors and Mason, Inc. and feature thoughtful, modern decor and original art throughout the building which includes four conference rooms, 10 offices, staff work areas, breakrooms, restrooms, lobby, and reception area. The entire project culminated in renewed visual appeal for this busy stretch of Eisenhower Dr.

“It’s an exciting time to be a part of renewed interest in such a great and growing part of our city,” said Stephen Jackson, Jr., co-owner and partner at McManamy Jackson Law. “We’re looking forward to many years serving our community, not only through our work, but by being good stewards of our property and investing in the beautification of Savannah.”

McManamy and his partner, Stephen E. Jackson, Jr., launched the McManamy Jackson law firm six years ago and have steadily grown their practice and more than doubling their client load since teaming up. The firm is dedicated to seamless and efficient real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, for all parties involved including agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers. In addition, the firm also represents a select number of privately held businesses in matters ranging from initial formation, everyday business practices, and general counsel transactions.

Home to three lawyers and 15 staff, McManamy Jackson joins several other Savannah businesses that have recently relocated or developed commercial properties in the area, including restaurants and additional professional groups.
