Kole Management Company and Choate Construction are excited to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for their latest Savannah project: Skylark Apartments. The groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Tuesday, August 13 at 10 AM at the future site of the apartments at 701 Montgomery Street in Savannah. Scheduled to be completed in Fall 2020, the pet-friendly, boutique community will feature 62 homes including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Open floor plans will make for spacious downtown living.
