Emory has experience with employment litigation involving claims of retaliation, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract. Emery’s expertise in this field allows her to advise clients on company policies, employee relations, termination issues, and employee benefits.

Emery earned her B.A. in English from Siena College and graduated summa cum laude from New York Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the New York Law School Law Review and was a teaching assistant for five semesters. After law school, Emery worked for the New York City Law Department as assistant corporation counsel in its labor and employment law division.
