Calvary Day School Names Dr. Hunter Chadwick as the New Head of School

Calvary Day School announced Dr. Hunter Chadwick will take over as Head of School in the Fall 2020 academic year with an official starting date of July 1, 2020. He will be replacing Dr. James Taylor, who has accepted the position of Head of Schools for Hebron Christian Academy.
 
Chadwick currently serves as the Head of Upper Schools for King’s Ridge Christian School, a role he has held for more than six years. Prior to this, he served as Athletic Director of Fellowship Christian School,  Curriculum Coordinator at Savannah Christian Preparatory School and taught at both Bradwell Institute and Benedictine Military. A Savannah native, Chadwick and his family are excited to return home and continue supporting their community through this new opportunity.
 
Chadwick holds a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Spanish from Georgia Southern University, an M.Ed. in Special Education-Behaviors Disorders from Georgia Southern University, an Ed.S. in Curriculum/Instruction Management and Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and an Ed.D. in Curriculum Studies from Georgia Southern University.
