The local businesses on Abercorn and East 41st Street, located on Savannah’s Streetcar Design District, are teaming up to host their annual Holiday Block Party, a free, family-friendly event on Friday, December 6, 2019, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. The participating stores will be collecting unwrapped toys to benefit Greenbriar Children's Center and Picker Joe’s will be raising funds for Coastal Pet Rescue ($10 suggested donation).

The event will include Big Bon Pizza, music, activities for kids (at Emily McCarthy) including a meet-and-greet with Santa. Participating businesses planning to be open that evening include John Davis Florist, Emily McCarthy, Picker Joe’s, Chef Darin’s Kitchen Table, Cottage Shop, Garden State Tile, Salon Twenty Ten, Kathi Rich, LaSource, Lone Wolf Lounge, Moodright's, Sara Jane Children's Boutique and more.
