The choice to branch out is a strategic effort to bring new business to the Savannah area. The team is expanding its sales reach into the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C.
 
Austin Hill Realty President, Austin Hill, is now conducting business in the D.C. Metro area with Washington Fine Properties.  Austin began his real estate career with his family’s company nearly two decades ago. He has made an impact in Savannah with the Historic Savannah Foundation, Location Gallery, The Savannah Philharmonic, The Savannah Board of Realtors, Leadership Savannah, as an advocate for preservation, and so much more. This new partnership in Washington, D.C. opens doors for new business.
 
Continuing to serve the Savannah area as a specialized boutique real estate firm, Peter Nelsen has been named Managing Broker of Austin Hill Realty. Nelsen has served as the Associate Broker and Managing Director for years, overseeing the luxury market division of the multigenerational and progressive real estate company.  He has been an influential part of the real estate industry in Savannah for over 15 years.
