McManamy Jackson Welcomes Highly-Respected Real Estate Attorney Megan Lasseter to the Firm

McManamy Jackson, PC, a law firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate law, is pleased to welcome local attorney Megan Lasseter to the firm. A highly-respected real estate attorney, Lasseter will work primarily in McManamy Jackson’s newly opened Richmond Hill office located at 2591 U.S. Highway 17, Suite 202.

As an attorney at McManamy Jackson, Megan Lasseter oversees all legal aspects of client real estate transactions including the preparation and review of legal documents relating to each transaction, negotiations of terms and conditions, and transfer of titles. She works with both property owners and buyers and provides guidance on the terms of the transaction, loan documents, legal obligations, and related processes as outlined by the state.
Prior to joining McManamy Jackson, Lasseter most recently held a position with Forfeiture Support Associates supporting the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) where she assisted the USAO with all aspects of asset forfeiture. She has worked in the area of real estate law for several years prior to that, focusing on residential real estate and general civil litigation. Lasseter was a finalist in the category of “Best Real Estate Attorney” in Savannah Morning News’ 2019 Best of the Best annual awards.
Lasseter graduated from the University of Georgia with B.S.Ed. in Special Education and earned top academic honors making Dean's List, Merit List, and Presidential Scholar. She later graduated with a Juris Doctor from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. She currently lives in Richmond Hill, Ga., with her family.
