ExperCARE Urgent Care Now Offering Virtual Visits

ExperCARE, an award-winning urgent care center, is excited to announce the EXPER-Virtual Visit! Their company mission is to be a solution in the healthcare crisis, providing access to top-quality, consumer focused healthcare that is affordable; and the virtual visits are just another way they are striving to fulfill that overarching mission. The ExperCARE team is committed to serving you in all ways possible, not just during this unprecedented time surrounding COVID-19, but always.
The virtual ExperCARE experience is much like the award-winning in-clinic experience you recieve. You will be evaluated by an ExperCARE provider via live video, from the comfort of your own home. This virtual service is available to all and insurance will be filed, if available. No Insurance? No Problem! A virtual visit is just $75. If the provider decides this visit would best be completed in person, either car-side or in-clinic, any amount collected will be applied to that visit.
The virtual visit check-in process can start with a simple phone call to ExperCARE or a click on ExperCARE’s website homepage at: www.ExperCAREHealth.com. From there, you will click “Virtual Visits” and you will be taken to a sign-in page which asks general patient information. Once a provider is ready to see you, a link will be sent to you via text message. You will then click the link to start your video for your virtual visit.
Both ExperCARE locations, in Richmond Hill and Savannah, are still operating seven days a week, extended hours, and fully staffed to see walk-in patients and scheduled appointments. These virtual visits are just an added service option and convenience to you.
