YMCA of Coastal Georgia Operational Updates

The following operational changes will be in effect from March 17th, though we are closely monitoring the situation and making decisions based on the health and safety of our members, community and staff.
Bryan County:
The Richmond Hill YMCA will operate on an adjusted schedule, opening and closing one hour earlier to provide staff time to clean and sanitize the facility fully each day. At this time, all group exercise classes, youth and adult programs including child watch and youth sports have been cancelled. The wellness center will remain open to members.
Y Before & After School Enrichment will be closed beginning March 17th until further notice.
Bulloch County:
The Statesboro Family YMCA will operate on an adjusted schedule, opening and closing one hour earlier to provide staff time to clean and sanitize the facility fully each day. At this time, all group exercise classes, youth and adult programs including child watch, holiday camp and youth sports have been cancelled until further notice. The wellness center will remain open to members.
Chatham County:
The Habersham YMCA, Islands Family YMCA, Tybee Island YMCA and West Chatham YMCA will operate on an adjusted schedule, opening and closing one hour earlier to provide staff time to clean and sanitize the facility fully each day. Open pools will remain open with limited lap swim hours and all steam rooms and saunas will be closed until further notice.
At this time, all group exercise classes, youth and adult programs including child watch, adult and youth sports, and gymnastics have been cancelled. The wellness center will remain open to members.
The Habersham YMCA, Islands Family YMCA, Tybee Island YMCA and West Chatham YMCA will operate Holiday camp from March 18 –March 20, capping attendance at 50 participants.
The Habersham YMCA and West Chatham YMCA Child Learning Centers will operate as normal March 18 –March 20th. These operations are subject to change based on recommendations from the CDC and Georgia State Department of Health, as information is available.
Effingham County:
The Effingham YMCA will operate on an adjusted schedule, opening and closing one hour earlier to provide staff time to clean and sanitize the facility fully each day. At this time, all group exercise classes, youth and adult programs including child watch, holiday camp and youth sports have been cancelled. The wellness center will remain open to members.
Full time Childcare, YMCA Before & After School Enrichment and Holiday Camp will remain closed until further notice.
Glynn County:
The Golden Isles YMCA will operate on an adjusted schedule, opening and closing one hour earlier to provide staff time to clean and sanitize the facility fully each day. At this time, all group exercise classes, youth and adult programs cluding child watch, holiday camp and youth sports have been cancelled. The wellness center will remain open to members.
Full time Childcare, YMCA Before & After School Enrichment and Holiday Camp will be closed until further notice.
Liberty County:
The Liberty County/ASYMCA will operate on an adjusted schedule, opening and closing one hour earlier to provide staff time to clean and sanitize the facility fully each day. At this time, all group exercise classes, youth and adult programs including child watch and youth sports have been cancelled. The wellness center will remain open to members.
YMCA Before & After School Enrichment and Holiday camp will operate on March 17th only and will be closed until further notice.
McIntosh County:
The McIntosh County YMCA will operate on an adjusted schedule, opening and closing one hour earlier to provide staff time to clean and sanitize the facility fully each day. At this time, all group exercise classes, youth and adult programs including child watch and youth sports have been cancelled. The wellness center will remain open to members.
YMCA Before & After School Enrichment will be closed until further notice.
