The Eichholz Law Firm recently secured 1,000 reusable masks to distribute to local organizations and facilities caring for Savannah’s elderly population. On Tuesday, May 19, representatives of The Eichholz Law Firm distributed these masks to eight different facilities in the greater Savannah area, including Ashleigh Place Senior Apartments, the Economic Opportunity Authority’s Foster Grandparents program, the Gardens of Savannah, Hospice Savannah, Magnolia Manor on the Coast, Morningside of Savannah, Sunabella at Savannah, and Williams Court Apartments.
"The Sunabella Memory Care community was so honored to be gifted the donation of masks from The Eichholz Law Firm. These masks will help keep our care team members safe and healthy on the job as well as in their personal lives as they go about essential activities. We so appreciate this donation, and thank the firm for its generosity!" said Joyce Crowder-McBride, Executive Director of Sunabella at Savannah.
“We are so grateful to The Eichholz Law Firm for this donation of masks. Hospice Savannah is taking care of almost 150 patients in their own homes and also at Hospice House. Each nurse, doctor, nursing assistant, chaplain and social worker must be protected. The masks will not only keep our own staff safe from infection, but also safeguard our patients and their families,” said Beth Logan, Director of Marketing & Volunteer Services at Hospice Savannah.
