2020 was an extraordinary year for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Bay Street Realty Group and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cora Bett Thomas Realty. 

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices parent network selected a few of the agency’s top Realtors to recognize at its National Sales Convention because of their outstanding sales over the past year.

Two of the firm’s agents earned the elite Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award. Annette Bryant and Todd McDaniel’s sales put them in the top 1 percent of the 43,000 agents in the Berkshire Hathaway network.

As a former real estate developer and home builder, Bryant brings a unique perspective to her clients’ home-buying experience that is fueled by her passion for new homes, land development and remodeling projects. 

McDaniel has more than 25 years of experience in real estate starting with Fripp Island real estate sales in 1993. Consistently ranking in the top 5 percent in Northern Beaufort County sales, McDaniel credits his success to his strong work ethic and dedication to his clients.  

Jennifer Helms and Jared Romero were selected for the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Gold Award because their sales propelled them to the top 2 percent of all Berkshire Hathaway agents.

Helms believes being one of the top agents in the area is a breeze because the natural beauty of islands like Fripp and Harbor Islands sells themselves. 

Romero’s passion and enthusiasm for Lowcountry living, as well as a strong work ethic, has quickly elevated him to one of the top producers in the area as he shares his experience with investors, retirement and first-time home buyers.
