Looking for something to engage your child over winter break? Bē Health & Well-Being from St. Joseph’s/Candler will be offering a unique, fun and engaging holiday camp experience February 20-22 at The Outfitters at Heartwood!

The aim of the daily activities is to help children gain a better understanding of health and wellbeing through group fitness, mindfulness and nutrition fun. Participants will enjoy Children’s Yoga, Mindful Activities and Trail Walks, Kids POUND, and other fitness-themed activities, including nutritional snacks! Registration for the camp is exclusively through the St. Joseph’s/Candler Bē Health app. Download here.

Bē Health Kid’s Camps are staffed by dietitians, certified fitness trainers and health educators employed by St. Joseph’s/Candler.

“Our camp is active and adventurous, where kids will learn long-term healthy activities without them even knowing it,” said Sarah Hanson, Bē Health Navigator at Heartwood. “We had a student come to our previous event and afterwards he started telling his mom how to breathe. It was so inspiring. They will learn tools to make them more resilient, happier and healthier. We will motivate them and teach them to continue down a path of wellness and healthy living.”
