Weichert, Realtors – Coastal Properties is proud to announce the addition of Stefenia Thompson to their real estate firm. Stefenia will be working out of the Savannah office.

Stefenia Thompson was born in Savannah, GA and raised in Rincon, GA. She graduated from South Effingham High School in May 2012. She then went on to attend Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA for a semester before returning home to attend Savannah State University for 3 years.

Stefenia married her sweetheart, Brandon, in May of 2016. She gave birth to her first son, Brayden in August of 2017. Her second son was not far behind, born in September of 2018. She is also the mom to a spoiled yorkie named Charlie. She is a licensed minister at her local church and loves people. Stefenia is a huge believer in giving and helping people which led her to launch her nonprofit organization, Homeless but Not Worthless. She does outreach with her local ministry and believes that when you do good things, good things come back to you.

Although Stefenia did not finish her business degree, she has never let that stop her from pursuing her goals and dreams. She is a firm believer that anything that you want, you have to work for it, nothing falls out of the sky into your lap. She is a go-getter and will not stop until she has been able to create generational wealth for her family. She is excited to start her new career as a Realtor and looks forward to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it's buying or selling.
