Savannah Downtown Business Association Hosts "Tariffs Talk Breakfast" Presented by SAMET on May 22nd

The Savannah Downtown Business Association invites you to the "Tariffs Talk Breakfast" presented by SAMET, scheduled for Thursday, May 22nd at the Coastal Georgia Center, 305 Fahm Street. Breakfast will begin at 7:45 a.m., with the program starting at 8:30 a.m. The discussion will be moderated by Greg Coy from WJCL News and will feature expert insights from Dr. Michael Toma, economist and professor at Georgia Southern University; Leigh Ryan, Vice President of the World Trade Center Savannah; and Ronnie Hall, Director of Operations at SAMET Savannah. Together, they will lead a discussion on the local impacts of tariffs on businesses, consumers, and economic development. Attendees will receive data-driven insights, market updates, and the opportunity to participate in an open Q&A forum designed to support the business community.
