On Tuesday, August 5th, Bouhan Falligant Partner, Dennis Keene, gave a presentation to the annual Savannah Safety Coalition, hosted at Savannah Technical College’s Eckberg Auditorium.

The Savannah Safety Coalition event focused on advancing safety and compliance within the transportation industry. The program was hosted by Spartan Transportation and included Georgia law enforcement personnel, safety experts, and industry leaders.

Keene spoke on the topic of conducting a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) accident investigation. He shared insights into the process of litigating a CMV accident case in the state of Georgia.

Dennis Keene has been with Bouhan Falligant since 2014. He represents corporations and individuals in tort-based litigation, specializing in product liability and trucking law. He formerly served in the US Army from 1993 to 1999, where he gained extensive trial experience as a judge advocate. He received his B.A. in Economics from Syracuse University and his J.D. from the University of Miami.
