The City of Port Wentworth will be hosting their second annual Latin Festival from 5:30-9:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26 at 7224 Highway 21, Port Wentworth, GA behind City Hall. This event will be a celebration of Latin culture and promises fun for the whole family.

“We’re proud to bring the Latin Festival back after its success last year,” said City Manager, Steve Davis. “This event will bring the community together through a celebration of the Hispanic culture which makes a valuable contribution to our city’s diversity.”

This free event will include entertainment for all ages. Guests can look forward to enjoying delicious food trucks, live music, dancing, kids' activities, and a mechanical bull for those feeling adventurous. Special performances will include the return of last year’s crowd favorite, Son de Callao, known for their vibrant salsa music, and Los de PR is joining to share a bit of Puerto Rican culture.

This event is undertaken in partnership with Live Like Locals Savannah, whose mission is to help foster connection within the community. For more information about the City of Port Wentworth, please visit http://www.portwentworthga.gov.
