Savannah Age Management Medicine (SAMM) recently announced the hiring of Family Nurse Practitioner Evelia (Eve) Johnson.

With over 20 years of medical experience, Johnson began her career serving 13 years with the United States Army as a healthcare specialist and flight medic. After earning her Bachelor of Nursing, she worked in the emergency department at St. Joseph’s/Candler while also obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Georgia Southern University.

Johnson has a background in primary care, rheumatology, and urgent care. For the last three years, she has specialized in helping patients regain vitality through hormone optimization. She also has extensive knowledge of aesthetic procedures, including face balancing with neurotoxins and dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation with laser modalities, and regenerative treatments using platelet-rich plasma (PRP). She is currently attending the Advanced Aesthetics Academy in South Carolina to gain a deeper understanding of skin and its treatment, which will also provide her with an esthetician license.

In her free time, Johnson is an active member of North Salem Baptist Church in Port Wentworth, where she serves on multiple committees and sings in the choir.

Dr. Harry Collins, Medical Director at SAMM, stated, “We are so excited to add Eve to our team. Her knowledge and commitment to patient care are a welcome addition and a reiteration of our practice’s dedication to providing cutting-edge treatment.”
