Trilogy Investment Company, a fully integrated residential development and investment firm, has acquired a 7.08-acre parcel on Hutchinson Island in Savannah’s historic River District to expand its flagship community, The Isling at Savannah Harbor. The $9.835 million acquisition reflects Trilogy’s ongoing strategic growth in the Savannah market and will introduce 57 new homesites to its active development pipeline.
The Isling is part of a master-planned, 198-home community offering a curated mix of single-family homes, villas, and duplexes across multiple phases.Rather than proceeding as an independent phase, the newly acquired Phase II homesites will be integrated into the overall construction timeline, with build-out and vertical construction driven by demand and sales pace.
Following the successful launch of Phase I in early 2024, The Isling has experienced strong sales momentum, with 50% of the initial home release already under contract—underscoring growing demand for this riverside residential enclave. Currently, nine homes are under construction, with additional vertical activity slated to begin shortly.
