CStore Decisions Names Parker’s Kitchen Communications and Outreach Manager Olivia Parker to “40 Under 40 Leaders

Parker’s Kitchen, a nationally acclaimed convenience store company and food service leader headquartered in Savannah, Ga., is delighted to announce that Communications and Outreach Manager Olivia Parker has been named to CStore Decisions’ prestigious “40 Under 40 Leaders to Watch” list, which honors rising stars in the convenience store industry. Parker and 39 other young professionals are currently featured in the December 2025 issue of CStore Decisions, a highly respected convenience store industry publication.

Each year, the CStore Decisions staff reviews nominations from across the country and selects 40 rising leaders who have demonstrated the acumen, dedication and drive it takes to truly make a difference. Parker and the other honorees represent the future of the convenience retailing industry and will be recognized at a virtual gala later this month.
As the Communications and Outreach Manager at Parker’s Kitchen, Parker oversees the company’s community outreach, charitable giving and internal communications. She serves as a strong community liaison, coordinating charitable giving and team member engagement with local nonprofit organizations and ensuring that Parker’s Kitchen’s philanthropic efforts are aligned with the company’s core values. She also oversees the company’s longstanding Fueling the Community charitable initiative, which donates a portion of gas sold at all Parker’s and Parker’s Kitchen locations on the first Wednesday of each month to area schools. To date, the Fueling the Community program has donated nearly $3 million to schools across Georgia and South Carolina.
Under her leadership, Parker’s Kitchen round-up campaigns have raised money for a wide range of community-based causes, including supporting injured local veterans across Georgia and South Carolina through Wounded Warrior Project®; expanding healthcare access for underinsured and uninsured residents at Roper St. Francis Healthcare in Charleston, S.C.; and providing emergency shelter, food and wraparound services for women experiencing homelessness at Parker’s House in Savannah, Ga. The company matches 25% of all customer donations to amplify the impact.
Parker originally joined Parker’s Kitchen as a Store Recruiter in 2020 and was promoted to Community Outreach Manager in 2022. In 2023, she was named the company’s Communications and Outreach Manager. In addition to her impressive work at Parker’s Kitchen, Parker serves on the board of directors for the Savannah Music Festival, the Educate Chatham Foundation and the Savannah Community Fund’s Emerging Leaders Committee.
