The Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Black Business Excellence Gala at The Armstrong Center Thursday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. This prestigious signature event is a tribute to the achievements, ingenuity and economic impact of Black-owned businesses in the Savannah metro area. The theme for this year’s gala is Rise & Reign, which recognizes the myriad contributions of Black, minority and women entrepreneurs to our burgeoning community while celebrating their resilience and remarkable successes. 

The enchanting evening will include a red carpet reception, an awards ceremony recognizing exceptional entrepreneurs, live entertainment evoking the rich cultural heritage of the Black community, and a silent auction featuring exclusive items and experiences. A gourmet three-course dinner will also be served.

“This momentous occasion is a spirited celebration of greater Savannah’s diverse and dynamic business community. Throughout the evening, community members will fellowship with one another and fete the diligent business leaders, innovative entrepreneurs and professionals who create valuable opportunities and drive economic development in our region. The gala is a special invitation to come together for a memorable evening of elegance, entertainment and economic empowerment,” said Moncello Stewart, GSBCC president.
