Coastal Care Partners recently announced the hire of Kelly Hagan as Senior Director of Care Delivery. In this role, Kelly will strengthen the delivery of care across the organization and help ensure every client receives the exceptional experience Coastal Care Partners is recognized for within the region. 

With 12 years of experience in the aging care services industry, Kelly most recently worked as the Director of Business Development for a local in-home care company. Prior to that, she spent seven years as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Summer Breeze Senior Living.

Kelly graduated with a degree in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University. She is an active member of the Chatham County Coalition on Aging and currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Aging Task Force at Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church. She has volunteered with multiple organizations over the years including the American Heart Association, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Hancock Day School, Benedictine Military School, the Dwaine and Cynthia Willet Children’s Hospital, CASA, Blood Cancer United, and America’s Second Harvest Food Bank.
