SAFE Shelter Announces CEO Search Following Leadership Transition

SAFE Shelter Center for Domestic Violence Services has officially launched a national search for its next Chief Executive Officer following the planned departure of current CEO Shannon Bates, who will be relocating out of state. The Board of Directors expressed its deep gratitude for Bates’ dedicated service, recognizing her meaningful leadership and her commitment to strengthening programs and support systems for survivors and their families.
To guide this transition, the Board developed a comprehensive recruitment profile and position announcement shaped by input from board members, staff, community partners, and key stakeholders.
