SESOLINC has expanded its modular ISO container-based housing and office product line, introducing a new range of customizable units designed for rapid deployment in defense, industrial, and remote commercial environments.
The expanded line includes 20-foot office units, 20-foot housing units, and 12-foot modular operations and housing systems. Each structure is engineered to withstand harsh climates while offering the comfort, efficiency, and reliability of permanent-built infrastructure. The units can be outfitted with climate control, power distribution systems, secure storage, and a variety of workspace configurations.
“Our clients—especially those working in defense, logistics, and remote operations—require structures that can be delivered quickly, perform reliably, and adapt to mission needs,” said Harry Ford, CEO of SESOLINC. “This expanded modular line gives them American-made solutions that are rugged, flexible, and customizable from the ground up.”
Designed for mobility and durability, the units feature reinforced steel construction, energy-efficient insulation options, and transport-ready configurations that allow deployment within hours. The company said demand for modular container-based systems continues to increase as organizations seek sustainable, reusable alternatives to traditional construction.
“These units dramatically reduce set-up time in the field and allow teams to operate effectively in locations where conventional buildings are impractical,” said Ford.
SESOLINC’s modular systems are used in applications including military forward-operating bases, disaster response staging, utility field operations, workforce housing, and industrial job sites nationwide.
The new units are available now and can be built to customer specifications.
